Our Process
Here’s an overview of the process you can expect when you work with us:

Initial Conversation
We meet to discuss your business, personal interests, and goals. All discussions are covered under an NDA for your protection.

Opportunity Evaluation
We review all initially supplied information, asking questions to determine whether the transaction is a good fit for both parties. This step includes submitting a letter of intent.

Due Diligence
Once we reach mutual agreement to deal terms, we initiate due-diligence to ensure everyone is comfortable with the transaction. This step includes creation of sale and purchase agreements.

Close
We work with you to successfully transition the business. This step includes creation of a transition plan so all parties are aligned as we move forward.

- Geography: Based in the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast region, centered around Philadelphia.
- Revenue: $1M to $10M
- EBITDA: $0 to $2M
- Markets: B2B focus, in both product/manufacturing and service fields.
- People: Key employees and others committed to the success of the business.
- Customers: Subscription or long-term contract based businesses with a loyal customer base.
- Opportunity: An industry and a business positioned to grow profitably well into the future.
